الاستراتيجيات التسويقية المتبعة من طرف الوكالات السياحية لولاية الاغواط -دراسة ميدانية -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم الوكالات السياحية وكذا الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية مع التركيز على الدور الذي تلعبه الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية على فعالية عمل الوكالات السياحية باعتبارها هيئات ناشطة في مجال السياحة ، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع، ومن أجل الوصول إلى هذا الهدف تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة من الوكالات السياحية بولاية الاغواط وكانت اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها في هذه الدراسة وجود تأثير للاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية المتمثلة في (الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية من حيث التوجه ،الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية من حيث الميزة التنافسية، الاستراتيجيات التسويقية السياحية من حيث المنافسة ) على فاعلية عمل الوكالات السياحية في ولاية الاغواط . Résumé : This study aims to highlight the concept of tourism agencies as well as tourism marketing strategies with a focus on the role that tourism marketing strategies play on the effective functioning of tourism agencies as tourism activists in line with the nature of the topic, In order to reach this goal, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool on a sample of tourist agencies in LAGHOUAT State. The most important findings of this study were the impact of tourism marketing strategies: (Tourism marketing strategies in terms of orientation, tourism marketing strategies in terms of competitive advantage, tourism marketing strategies in terms of competition) on the effectiveness of the work of tourism agencies in LAGHOUAT State.
