التحليل الببليومتري للمناخ التنظيمي الوطني عبر الأرضية الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية Asjp

Résumé: هدف هذه الدراسة هو فحص موضوع المناخ التنظيمي في الجزائر خلال العقد الماضي، وذلك بتتبع تطور المقالات المنشورة عبر المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP للفترة الممتدة ما بين 2000-2022، والتي تحتوي في عناوينها وكلملتها المفتاحية وملخصاتها على كلمة " المناخ التنظيمي "، حيث تم اعتماد طريقة التحليل الببليومتري لقياس تطور النشر العلمي لهذا الموضوع، وكشفت الدراسة أن عدد المقالات المنشورة بلغ 107 مقال في مختلف المجالات، منها 23.45% في التعليم العالي، 18.51% في الصناعة، 13.58% في التربية والرياضة، 8.64% في الصحة والطاقة، 3.70% في المؤسسات العمومية، 2.46% في الفلاحة وبقية المجالات يمثل كل مجال 1.23%، في حين استخدمت مجمل البحوث المنهج التطبيقي حيث بلغت بنسبة 77% من مجموع المقالات، تعتبر النتائج والتحليلات الواردة في هذه الدراسة بمثابة خارطة طريق للأكاديميين والباحثين والممارسين في المستقبل للمساعدة في الحفاظ على مناخات تنظيمية أفضل. The objective of this study is to examine the organizational climate in Algeria over the past decade by tracking the evolution of articles published through the Algerian scientific journals platform ASJP for the period 2000-2022, which contain a word in their titles, keywords, and summaries. "Organizational climate", where the bibliometric method of analysis was adopted to measure the evolution of scientific publishing on this topic, The study revealed that 107 articles were published in various fields Of these, 23.45% in higher education, 18.51% in industry, 13.58% in education and sports, 8.64% in health and energy, 3.70% in public institutions, 2.46% in agriculture and the rest of the field represents 1.23% While the whole research used the applied curriculum, accounting for 77% of the total articles, The findings and analysis contained in this study serve as a road map for future academics, researchers and practitioners to help maintain better organizational climates.
