دور عصابة الأحياء في انحراف الأحداث

Résumé: من خلال موضوع الدراسة حول، "دور عصابات الأحياء في انحراف الأحداث" حاولنا أن نلم بجوانب الدراسة من عدة نواحي خصوصا أن موضوع عصابات الأحياء ظاهرة جديدة بالمجتمع الجزائري على غرار موضوع جنوح الأحداث الذي تم تناوله في دراسات متعددة، لكن ارتباط الظاهرتين يستوجب التطرق معرفة أهم الأسباب والدوافع من وراء جنوح الأحداث وانخراطهم في عصابة الأحياءThrough the subject of the study on, “The role of neighborhood gangs in juvenile delinquency,” we tried to understand the aspects of the study from several aspects, especially since the issue of neighborhood gangs is a new phenomenon in The Algerian society, similar to the issue of juvenile delinquency, which has been addressed in multiple studies, but the connection between the two phenomena requires addressing more important knowledge. The reasons and motives behind juvenile delinquency and their involvement in neighborhood gangs, which prompted us to raise the problem of the study : Is there a relationship between the spread of neighborhood gangs and juvenile delinquency ? The study questions were formulated as follows : Are incorrect educational methods and the absence of parental control considered among the factors that push juveniles to become involved in a neighborhood gang organization ? - Is the deviant group of friends considered a contributing factor to the involvement of juveniles in the neighborhood gang ? - Is the spread of social ills among the reasons that lead juveniles to join a neighborhood gang ? Is juvenile delinquency in new residential neighborhoods related to the spread of the neighborhood gang phenomenon ? The study aims to identify the factors that form neighborhood gangs and their role in juvenile delinquency. And knowing the most important criminal behaviors carried out by the neighborhood gang,which would push children to join the neighborhood gang. To study the phenomenon, we conducted a field study at the Juvenile Rehabilitation Center, which consisted of interviewing 16 juveniles at the center, delinquents whose delinquency was related to the formation of a group or gang in the middle of the residential neighborhood, using a case study approach and observation technique, and preparing an interview form that included a set of questions with the aim of knowing and revealing the factors and motives behind delinquency، The events were related to the influence of neighborhood gangs
