مؤشرات العزلة الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مؤشرات العزلة الاجتماعية لدى عينة من المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق عبر المقابلة النصف موجهة ومقياس العزلة الاجتماعية لعادل عبد الله محمد (2003) وتحقيقا لهذه الأهداف تم إتباع المنهج العيادي القائم على تقنية دراسة الحالة وحيث بلغت مجموعة الدراسة ثلاث حالات تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (13-18 سنة) من المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق وأسفرت النتائج عن: 1- تتمثل مؤشرات العزلة الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق في (الإحساس بالحرمان الشديد، فقد الصحبة، عدم القدرة على الاختلاط بالآخرين، عدم القدرة على إقامة علاقات ذات مغزى وهدف ) 2- ظهور الإحساس بالحرمان الشديد لدى المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق في (الإحساس بأنه لا يوجد أصدقاء من حوله، عدم مبالاة الآخرين به) 3- ظهور فقد الصحبة لدى المراهقين المشوهين جسديا بالحروق في( مشاعر الحزن لعدم وجود أصدقاء، والإحساس بالرفض من قبل الآخرين) . 4- معاناة المراهقون المشوهون جسديا بالحروق من عدم القدرة على الاختلاط بالآخرين من خلال (عدم القدرة على المشاركة، الإحساس بالفتور من الآخرين). 5- معاناة المراهقون المشوهون جسديا بالحروق من عدم القدرة على إقامة علاقات ذات مغزى وهدف من خلال (الشعور بالتجاهل من الآخرين، التوقع بعدم الاهتمام من الآخرين) . This study aimed to find out the indicators of social isolation among a sample of adolescents physically deformed with burns through the semi-directed interview and the just measure of social isolation by Abdullah Muhammad (2003). Intentionally, their ages ranged between (13-18 years) of physically disfigured adolescents with burns, and the results resulted in: 1- Indicators of social isolation among adolescents physically disfigured by burns are represented in (a sense of severe deprivation, loss of companionship, inability to mingle with others, inability to establish relationships) Meaningful and purposeful) 2- The emergence of a feeling of severe deprivation in adolescents physically deformed by burns in (feeling that there are no friends around him, indifference to others) 3- The emergence of loss of company among adolescents physically deformed by burns in (feelings of sadness for not having friends, and a sense of rejection 4- Adolescents physically deformed with burns suffer from the ability to mingle with others through (the inability to share the feeling of apathy from others) 5- Adolescents with physical disabilities with burns suffer from an inability to establish meaningful and purposeful relationships through (feeling neglected by others, expecting disinterest from others)
