Résumé: تقوم هذه الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان " اتجاهات المعلمين نحو تنمية الجودة المهنية بمؤسسات التربية والتعليم-دراسة ميدانية بمدينة قسنطينة" كمحاولة للتعرف أساسا على واقع المهنية التعليمية في الجزائر من جميع الجوانب المحيطة والمؤثرة في تحقيق الكفاءة والجودة المهنية، وتتعلق هذه المجالات أساسا في الأهداف والمحلول الممكنة لزيادة المهنية وتنميتها، وعلى هذا فقد اعتمدنا عل المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لقياس اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تنمية الجودة المهنية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج التي يمكن أن تكون توصيات للنهوض بقطاع التربية والتعليم من حيث دور الوسائل والتقنيات الأجهزة والتكوين والشراكة وغيرها. This study is titled "Attitudes of teachers towards the development of professional quality in educational institutions - a field study in the city of Constantine" as an attempt to identify mainly the reality of professional education in Algeria from all aspects surrounding and affecting the achievement of efficiency and professional quality, and these areas mainly related to the objectives and possible solution to increase professionalism and development, We have adopted the descriptive analytical approach to measure the attitudes of teachers towards the development of professional quality. The study reached a set of results that could be recommendations for the advancement of the education sector in terms of the role of means and techniques, Partnership and others.
