Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على واقع الإصلاحات التربوية التي باشرتها الجزائر عام 2003، في أبعادها الأساسية (المناهج الجديدة و تكوين الأساتذة)، وتمثلت منهجية البحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج مناسب لأهداف البحث. وشملت الدراسة أربعة محاور رئيسية، تم فيها توضيح السياق العام للإصلاحات التربوية المطبقة في الجزائر منذ عام 2003، و أهمية تطوير و إصلاح المناهج التربوية، مع إظهار مميزات الجيل الثاني من المناهج، و إستراتيجيات الوصاية في التعامل معها من خلال عملية تكوين الأساتذة و المعلمين، وإنتهت الدراسة بإدراج مجموعة من التوصيات تخدم الحقل التربوي عامة، و التي ركزت على تصميم المناهج التربوية وفق ثوابت الأمة الجزائرية و مقوماتها التاريخية و الثقافية، و تعزيز مكانة الأستاذ من خلال مرافقته خلال مساره المهني وإشراكه في أي تغيير أو إصلاح يخدم المنظومة التربوية. Abstract: This research paper aimed to identify the reality of educational reforms initiated by Algeria in 2003. The research methodology was represented by the descriptive analytical approach is the appropriate approach for the research objectives. The study included four main axes: the historical context of educational reforms in Algeria, the importance of developing and reforming educational curricula, the advantages of the second generation of curricula, and guardianship strategies in dealing with them through the process of forming teachers and teachers. The study ended with a set of recommendations that serve the educational field in general, which focused on designing educational curricula according to the constants of the Algerian nation, and enhancing the position by participating in any change that serves the educational system.
