التغيرات المناخية والأمن الغذائي في دول الساحل الإفريقي: تفسير العلاقة السببية

Résumé: موضوع هذه المداخلة هو تفسير وقياس العلاقة السببية بين التغيرات المناخية التي تشهدها دول الساحل الإفريقي وتهديد اللاأمن الغذائي الذي يضرب ساكنة المنطقة. نبحث في إشكالية كيفية تأثير التغيرات المناخية على الأمن الغذائي في دول الساحل الإفريقي، وهذا بدراسة أثر التغيرات المناخية على الوفرة والنوعية والقدرة على الوصول أو التوصيل وتوزيع المواد الغذائية. تقع التغيرات المناخية من زيادة في الإحترار فوق النسب العادية وظاهرتي الجفاف والفيضانات الذين تؤثران مباشرة على نشاطي الزراعة والرعي وهما عمودي اقتصاديات دول المنطقة، إضافة إلى ظاهرة التصحر التي تمس بالغطاء النباتي وتوفر التربة الصالحة للزراعة ونوعيتها …ضمن قائمة الأسباب المؤدية مباشرة لواقع اللا أمن ومنه اللاأمن الغذائي. This intervention aims to explain and measure the causal relation between the climate changes in the African Sahel and the threat of food insecurity that affects the region's inhabitants. Climate changes are numerous, but the most appealing are increased warming above normal ratios and the phenomenon of drought and inundations that directly affect agriculture and grazing activities, which are the verticals of the economies of the Sahel states, as well as the phenomenon of desertification affecting vegetation and the availability and quality of arable soil… these phenomena directly conducive to the insecurity in general and food insecurity especially. We tend to understand how climate changes affect food security in the African Sahel State, through examining the impact of climate changes on abundance, quality, accessibility or delivery, and food distribution.
