برامج التربية الخاصة ودورها في دمج الطفل المعاق ذهنيا Special Education Programs And Their Role In Integrating A Mentally Handicapped Child

Résumé: : تعد الإعاقة الذهنية ظاهرة اجتماعية تنتشر بقوة في جميع المجتمعات ،حيث تتطلب رعاية خاصة و اهتمام متزايد من جميع النواحي النفسية والاجتماعية والتربوية والجسمية خاصة فئة الأطفال، وعلى الدولة توفير و بناء مؤسسات مراكز رعاية و مؤسسات قائمة على تربية و تعليم هذه الشريحة ، و توظف برامج متخصصة تربوية و اجتماعية ومصممة بشكل خاص لمواجهة حاجات الأطفال المعاقين والتي لا يستطيع معلم الصف العادي تقديمها، كما تساعدهم على فهم المعلومات المختلفة ، وعلى فهم حتى المفاهيم عن طريق بعض الصور أو الأشكال أو الألعاب ، و تضمن التكفل و العناية بهم وتحقيق ذواتهم، و مساعدتهم على تنمية قدراتهم على أقصى حد ممكن ، بالإضافة إلى محاولة إدماجهم اجتماعيا و أكاديميا ومهنيا و إيجاد نوع من التوازن النفسي الشخصي و الاجتماعي،و التعايش مع أقرانهم داخل أسرهم و مع جميع الفاعلين في الحياة الاجتماعية. ونهدف في ورقتنا العلمية هذه إلى معرفة أكثر برامج التربية الخاصة نجاعة في إدماج الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ،و إعداد البرامج الوقائية التي تقلل من تبعات هذه الإعاقة ، وتحديد الاحتياجات التربوية و التأهيلية للأطفال و إكسابهم المعارف و المهارات اللازمة ،كل ذلك من اجل مساعدة هذه الفئة على النمو وفق قدراتهم و ميولهم و استعداداتهم. - الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الخاصة ، برامج التربية الخاصة ،الدمج ،الطفل المعاق ذهنيا ،البرامج التربوية. Abstract :Mental disability is a social phenomenon that spreads strongly in all societies, as it requires special care and increased attention from all psychological, social, educational and physical aspects, especially for children, and the state must provide and build institutions for care centers and institutions based on the upbringing and education of this segment, and employ Specialized educational and social programs designed specifically to meet the needs of children with disabilities that a regular class teacher cannot provide. It also helps them understand various information, and understand even concepts through some pictures, shapes, or games, and ensure sponsorship, care for them, and the fulfillment of themselves, and Helping them to develop their abilities to the maximum extent possible, in addition to trying to integrate them socially, academically and professionally, to find a kind of personal and social psychological balance, and to coexist with their peers within their families and with all actors in social life. In our scientific paper, we aim to know the most effective special education programs in the integration of mentally handicapped children, to prepare preventive programs that reduce the consequences of this disability, to identify the educational and rehabilitation needs of children and to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills, all in order to help this group to Growth according to their abilities, preferences and aptitudes.
