Résumé: إن المشرع الجزائري يسعى دائماً إلى حماية المصالح الحيوية للمجتمع وللفرد، ومن ذلك مصالح جمهور المستهلكين، حيث أصبحت حماية المستهلك الشغل الشاغل في الحياة اليومية وبشكل خاص في الجانبين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي منها، ومن البديهي أن للاستهلاك دوراً أساسيا في الحياة الاقتصادية لما له من تأثير في الحياة اليومية لأفراد المجتمع، الأمر الذي دفع بالمشرع الجزائري كغيره من المشرعين إلى إصدار قوانين تهدف في مجملها إلى حماية المستهلك من تجاوزات المنتجين والبائعين والمحتكرين الذين أصبح همهم الأساسي هو ابتزاز أموال المستهلك وإثقال كاهله بنفقات إضافية غير أبهين بالقواعد القانونية والأخلاقية، وانطلاقا من أهمية حماية المستهلك كقضية هامة ضمن قضايا المسؤولية الاجتماعية إلى جانب أهميتها ضمن القضايا الاقتصادية، وجب تحديد السبل والإجراءات القانونية التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري للحد من الجرائم الماسة بالمستهلك الجزائري. The Algerian legislator always seeks to protect the vital interests of society and the individual, including the interests of the consumer public, as consumer protection has become a preoccupation in daily life, especially in the social and economic aspects of it, and it is evident that consumption plays an essential role in economic life because of its impact on life Daily for members of society, which led the Algerian legislator, like other legislators, to pass laws aimed in its entirety to protect the consumer from the excesses of producers, sellers and monopolists whose primary concern is to blackmail consumer and overburden him with additional expenses other than father Underlining legal and ethical rules, and based on the importance of consumer protection as an important issue within social responsibility issues, as well as its importance within economic issues, the legal ways and procedures that the Algerian legislator has put in place to reduce the crimes affecting the Algerian consumer must be identified.
