Tramway De Constantine.
Résumé: The implantation of a new urban transport system has become an important issue for local authorities today, since taking into account actions in favor of sustainable development remains essential to improve the urban structure of cities while respecting environmental constraints. The construction of a tramway line is generally an opportunity for restructuring and urban renewal, indeed, this tramway should be considered as an urban project, and not only as a means of transport, so if the stake major new tramway is to design a vector for sustainable mobility with public strategies to address the issues of sustainable development and specific issues of territorial development, we can through this research work to ask how the emergence of the new tramway contributes sustainable mobility in an overall political strategy, and what criteria are taken into account as a tool of sustainability for this insertion. Next, we are going through this work to evaluate the first line of the Constantine tramway to check if the project really meets the requirements of sustainable development, otherwise offer recommendations necessary to improve the operation and safety of this system recently implanted in Algeria.
