دور رأس المال الفكري في تنمية القدرات الابداعية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المسيلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور رأس المال الفكري في تنمية القدرات الإبداعية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية المسيلة، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم أخذ عينة عشوائية مكونة من 54 فرد من المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات وعلى برنامج spss v25 لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية المسيلة، وكما تم تقديم جملة من الاقتراحات من أهمها ضرورة الانفاق على تنمية رأس المال الفكري والمحافظة عليه والاهتمام بشكل أكبر بالعنصر البشري الذي يمثل المورد الأهم داخل المؤسسة، من أجل المحافظة على مكانتها وسمعتها في السوق. The objective of this study is to identify the role of intellectual capital in the development of the creative capabilities of the company Algérie Télécom in the state of M'sila. To achieve this objective, a random sample of 54 individuals was taken from this establishment. In addition, the questionnaire is used as a tool for collecting information, and the SPSS v25 program is also used for data analysis and hypothesis validation. According to the findings, there is a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and creative ability development in the company Algérie Télécom. As a result, a number of recommendations were made in order to maintain the institute's position and reputation in the market, the most important of which was the need to spend more in order to develop and preserve intellectual capital, as well as to pay more attention to the human element, which represents the most important resource within the institution.
