Résumé: We discuss in this research a topic: the punishment of apostasy and its impact on freedom of belief a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and international law and an attempt by us and for the sake of familiarity with the topic we divided this research into an introduction conclusion and two topics the first topic we talked about: the concept of freedom of belief and its foundations in Islamic jurisprudence and law in the second topic: it focuses on freedom of belief and the problem of apostasy.
