البعد الدولي والجزائري للحق في حرية المعتقد International And Algerian Dimension Of The Right To Freedom Of Belief

Résumé: تشكل حرية المعتقد أحد الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان مهما كان دينه أو فكره أو وجدانه، وهو يقضي بحق الشخص في إظهار دينه ومعتقده بالتعبد وإقامة الشعائر الدينية بمفرده أو مع الجماعة، وأمام الملأ أو على حدى. وقد أدت قواعد القانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان دورا في إرساء حرية المعتقد وتعزيزه، حيث نظمت أحكامه بما يكفل الكرامة الانسانية، وكانت الجزائر من بين الدول التي كفلت هذا الحق بما يفيد تحقيق التوازن بين التزاماتها الدولية وخصوصية الدين الاسلامي الذي يعتبر الدين الرسمي للدولة الجزائرية. Freedom of belief is one of the fundamental rights of human, regarddless of religion, thought or defection, it's gives the rights to the person to reveals his religion and belief by worshiping and practicing religious rituals, alone or in group, in front of public or separately. The rules of Intrenational Human rightslaw have played a role in the establishment of freedom of belief and the promotion of it.Their provisions have been arranged to ensure human dignity.Algeria was among the countries that have guaranteed this right in order to achieve a balance between internationalobligations and the privacy of Islam, which is the official religion of the Algerian state.
