أثر التعلم التنظيمي على إدارة العلاقة مع الأطراف أصحاب المصلحة دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات "somiphos" بـ تبـسة

Résumé: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول التعلم التنظيمي والتركيز عليه من خلال مختلف مستوياته من تعلم على المستوى الفرد، التعلم الجماعي، التعلم على المستوى التنظيمي في مؤسسة جزائرية رائدة تتمثل في مؤسسة SOMIPHOS للفوسفات بتبسة ومن خلال ربطه بالتوجهات المرتبطة بحسن إدارة العلاقة مع الأطراف أصحاب المصلحة والاستجابة لتطلعاتها والتي ترجمت هي الأخرى في عدة محاور من إدارة الحوار، والتركيز على عملية الاتصال. وحيث أكدت هذه الدراسة أن عملية التعلم التنظيمي تؤثر على إدارة العلاقة مع الأطراف أصحاب المصلحة، ومما سمح بالخروج باستنتاجات واقتراحات قابلة للتطبيق تسهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسة محل الدراسة، ومثيلاتها من المؤسسات. Abstract: This study is articulated about the organizational learning and focuses on it. From its deferent levels. as well as individual, team and strategic levels, in pioneer Algerian firm which is called "SOMIPHOS "of phosphate mining located in TEBESSA, and by relating the organizational learning with good stakeholder management and response about it’s looking to, this ones are translated to several axes; firstly efficacies communicating with other, secondly focusing on interior and exterior dialogue. This study confirms a strong correlation between organizational learning and stakeholder management. At the end, this research finds out some conclusions and recommendations, which are very important and applicable for learning method to improve performance of this company and all similar institutions.
