واقع الحوكمة المصرفية في الجزائر The Reality Of Banking Governance In Algeria

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الهام لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في القطاع المصرفي، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى التقليل من المخاطر التي تتعرض لها المصارف، خاصة وأن التجارب الأخيرة في العالم أظهرت أن ضعف الحوكمة في النظم المصرفية يؤدي إلى انعكاسات خطيرة على الاقتصاديات القومية. ومن بين النتائج المتوصل عليها في هذه الدراسة أن تفعيل مبادئ الحوكمة، والبدء بتطبيق قواعدها في الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري يعمل على التحوط قدر الامكان من المخاطر التي تواجهه و يساهم في تطوير أداء الإدارة المصرفية ، مما ينعكس إيجابا على قرارات المستثمرين والقطاع المالي، وبالتالي تنشيط الاقتصاد الجزائري. This study aims to highlight the important role of applying the principles of governance in the banking sector, which reduces the risk to banks, especially since recent experiences in the world have shown that weak governance in banking systems has serious repercussions on national economies. Among the results achieved in this study is that the activation of the principles of governance and the introduction of its rules in the Algerian banking system are working to hedge as much as possible the risks facing them and contribute to the development of the performance of the banking administration, which will positively affect the decisions of investors and the financial sector and thus stimulate the Algerian economy.
