المنصة الرقمية آلية جديدة لتسيير الوفرة العقارية في ظل القانون 17/23

Résumé: إمتدادا لجهود الدولة في الانتقال من الإدارة الكلاسيكية التقليدية إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية الحديثة و القضاء على كل ما من شأنه تعطيل مسار التنمية من بيروقراطية و ضبابية المعاملات الإدارية، قامت الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار على إعتبارها الهيئة المسؤولة على الاستثمار في الجزائر بإستحداث منصة رقمية موجهة للمستثمرين يتم من خلالها تسجيل و إستكمال إجراءات الإستثمار في ظل القانون 22/18 من جهة، و منح العقار الإقتصادي و تسيير الوفرة العقارية في ظل القانون 23/17 من جهة أخرى ، و كان ذلك بتاريخ 08 فيفري 2024، و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الآليات و كيفيات منح العقار عن طريق المنصة الرقمية للمستثمر.
