Résumé: ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر واتجاه العلاقة بين سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات وسلوكه في السودان خلال الفترة 2000-2023م ، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال هل هناك علاقة غير خطية بين سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات في السودان ؟وما هو أثر سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات في السودان خلال الفترة 2000-2023م ؟استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحديد الإطار النظري,و استخدمت أيضا المنهج الكمي لبناء نموذج قياسي لقياس العلاقة غير الخطية بين سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل للقيم الموجبة والسالبة لكل من سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات في السودان خلال فترة الدراسة. وأيضاً وجود اثر إيجابي معنوي لتغيرات سعر الصرف بقيمه الموجبة والسالبة على ميزان المدفوعات، وهذا ما يوافق مبدأ النظرية الاقتصادية، فحسب نظرية المرونات زيادة سعر الصرف (تخفيض قيمة العملة) يؤدي إلى تحسين القدرة التنافسية للإنتاج المحلي أي زيادة الصادرات وانخفاض الواردات وبالتالي تحسين ميزان المدفوعات؛ الكلمات المفتاحية : سعر الصرف - ميزان المدفوعات – العلاقة غير الخطية . Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact and direction of the relationship between the exchange rate and the balance of payments and its behavior in Sudan during period 2000-2023,the study's problem was represented by the question is there nonlinear relationship between the exchange rate on the balance of payments in Sudan ?what is the impact of the exchange rate on the balance of payments in Sudan ,the study used a descriptive –analytical approach to define the theoretical formwork ,it also used a quantitative approach to construct a standard model to measure the nonlinear relationship between the exchange rate and the balance of payments. The study results indicate the existence of a long –term equilibrium relationship for positive and negative , on the balance of payments. This is consistent with the principle of economic theory. Of elasticity, an increase in the exchange rate (devaluation of the currency) leads to an improvement in the competitiveness of domestic production ,an increase in export and a decrease in import ,thus improving the balance of payments.
