الفكر الأصولي ومناهجه في تأسيس طرق الدلالة اللفظية على الأحكام الشرعية Methods Of Principles Of Jurisprudence In Indicating The Ways Of Verbal Indication

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على أبرز مناهج الفكر الأصولية في بحثهم لطرق الدلالة اللفظية.وأثر ذلك في الأحكام الشرعية. فالأصولي من خلال بحثه لمباحث الأحكام الشرعية يتقصد أنها ثمرات لتلك المباحث الدلالية.وأن الأحكام الشرعية هي المقصودة بالأدلة، فالدلالات على مختلف أنواعها ما نصبت إلا لترشد إلى مدلولاتها .كما يتناول البحث بيان لأبرز المدارس الفكرية الأصولية كمدرسة الففقهاء الحنفية ومدرسة المتكلمين الجمهور.وبيان لأبرز الخصائص والمميزات المنهجية عند النظر إلى اللفظ واستنباط المعاني والأحكام الشرعية منه. Abstract: The aim of this study is to display the most important methods of fundamentalist thought in search of the Ways of verbal semantics.The Fundamentalist through his research of legitimacy judgments aimed the results of semantic chapters and illustrates that the purpose of indications is legitimacy judgments.The study also deals the famous fundamentalist schools:"hanafi" jurists,theologians and the majority.Finally,the study shows the methodological criteria of deduction legitimacy judgments from pronounce.
