الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية

Résumé: هدفت الدارسة الى البحث عن العلاقة بین الذكاء الانفعالي وأسالیب مواجهة الضغوط النفسیة لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط حیث بینت الدارسة من التساؤلات التالیة: - هل توجد علاقة دات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب حل المشكلات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط ؟ - هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب اعادة التقويم لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط؟ - هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب التعبير على المشاعر لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ؟ - هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب العزلة والانسحاب لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ؟ - هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب الانكار لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ؟ - هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب الكتيف الروحاني الديني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ؟ بحیث اعتمدنا في دارستنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، لأنه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، بحیث طبقت أداة الدارسة على عینة تتكون من 100 تلميذ وتلميذة یدرس سنة رابعة متوسط، فقد إعتمدنا على مقیاسین وهما: الذكاء الانفعالي وأسالیب مواجهة الضغوط النفسیة لجمع المعلومات. وللإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة تم الاعتماد على الأسالیب الإحصائیة التالیة: المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري والنسب المئوية، كما تم الاعتماد على معامل الارتباط بيرسون من خلال تفریغ البیانات باستخدام برنامج ( 26 spss). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج يمكن تلخيصها كما يلي: - لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بین الذكاء الانفعالي وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط. - لا توجد علاقة دات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب حل المشكلات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط . - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب اعادة التقويم لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط. - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب التعبير على المشاعر لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط . - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب العزلة والانسحاب لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط . - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب الانكار لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط. لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأسلوب الكتيف الروحاني الديني لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط The study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and methods of coping with psychological stress among fourth-year middle school students. The research explored the following questions: Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the problem-solving method among fourth-year middle school students? Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the re-evaluation method among fourth-year middle school students? Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the expression of emotions method among fourth-year middle school students? Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the isolation and withdrawal method among fourth-year middle school students? Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the denial method among fourth-year middle school students? Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the religious and spiritual coping method among fourth-year middle school students? The study adopted a descriptive correlational approach as it was the most suitable for the research. The research tool was applied to a sample of 100 fourth-year middle school students, both male and female. Two scales were utilized for data collection: the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Coping with Psychological Stress Methods Scale. To answer the posed questions, the following statistical methods were used: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software (version 26). The study concluded with several findings, summarized as follows: There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and methods of coping with psychological stress among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the problem-solving method among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the re-evaluation method among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the expression of emotions method among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the isolation and withdrawal method among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the denial method among fourth-year middle school students. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the religious and spiritual coping method among fourth-year middle school students.
