Résumé: This study aims at checking at what extent does electronic banking satisfy its clients in matter of gaining time, efforts, analyzing the most important risks and basic elements of success. To achieve such goal, we have conducted a field study to know Algerian Foreign Bank operators'opinion, at agency of Ouargla, about developing, improving and diversifying banking services through service assessment indicators such as use, security, accreditation and design. Our study is based on descriptive and analytic approach, and performed on a random sample of 75 questionnaires which is analyzed by applying statistical analysis Spss. Therefore, findings show the statistical relationship and electronic banking impact on Algerian Foreign Bank to improve banking service quality, protecting internet network from hacking to insure banking transactions confidentiality and taking into consideration operators concerns and claims due to bank staff neglect
