التوجه المقاولاتي بين خريجي الجامعات وخريجي المعاهددراسة ميدانية مقارنة لعينة من طلبة الجامعة والمعاهد لولاية ورقلة(تقرت–ورقلة – حاسي مسعود)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توجه خريجي الجامعات وخريجي المعاهد نحو العمل المقاولاتي وإنشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة، ومن أجل هذا حاولنا دراسة مدى توجه طلبة الجامعات وطلبة معاهد التكوين نحو العمل المقاولاتي، وأين يكمن الإختلاف بينهما في المحددات، حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية شملت عينة عشوائية من 235 طالب جامعي وطلبة المعاهد بولاية ورقلة، إستخدمنا فيها إستمارةإستبيان، ثم أجرينا معالجة للبيانات المحصل عليها عن طريق إستخدام برنامج SPSS V.22. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الفئة أكثر توجها نحو العمل المقاولاتي هم خرجي المعاهد،كذلك توصلنا أن يوجد إختلاف في تأثير العوامل المحددة (الرغبة، المعاييرالإجتماعية، الدوافع، السمات،التكوين) للتوجه نحو العمل المقاولاتي بين خرجي الجامعات وخريجي المعاهد،وأيضا أنه يوجد إختلاف للتوجه نحو العمل المقاولاتيبإختلاف الجنس. This study aims to identify the Entrepreneurial orientation for university students and graduates of vocational training institutes, With a comparative study between them in the determinants of this orientationtowards create their own businesses, We conducted this studyon a sample composed from 235universities and institutes students in Ouargla region, using the questionnaire, then we analyzed the data by SPSS v.20 program. Among the most important results of our study that graduates of vocational training institutes are the most orientation to create a small businesses, In addition there is a difference in the motives (desire, social norms,motivations,features,formation) of this orientationbetween them, also That there is a difference to move toward the Entrepreneurial work according to gender.
