Résumé: تعتبر المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من أهم العناصر الرئيسية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في جميع دول العالم حيث أنها تستحوذ على النسبة الأعلى من بين جميع أنواع المشاريع الاقتصادية، هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في أهمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والتعرف على الدور الذي تقوم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. Small and medium enterprises is one of the most important key elements in achieving economic and social development in all countries of the world where it accounts for the highest percentage among all types of economic projects, study aimed to look at the importance of small and medium enterprises, and to identify about the role of small and medium enterprises in Algeria in developing exports outside the hydrocarbons sector.
