التربية الإعلامية وأهميتها في ظل المواطنة والهوية الرقمية

Résumé: : لقد ظلت الأسرة ثم المدرسة المصدر الأول للمعرفة حتى بدايات القرن العشرين، وأصبح المعلمون بمثابة المصادر الرئيسة لتوزيع المعرفة، وظل المجتمع يعتمد على المدرسة كمصدر للتربية باعتبارها المصدر الأول للمعرفة ، وأصبح المعلمون هم المصادر الرئيسة لتوزيع المعرفة . كما أحكم الإعلام سيطرته على المجتمع، مسلياً مربياً معلماً وموجهاً، يظهر كل يوم بوجه جديد، وفي كل فترة بأسلوب مبتكر، وفي كل مرحلة بتقنية مدهشة، متجاوزاً حدود الزمان والمكان، مما جعل التربية بوسائلها المحدودة، وتطورها التدريجي تفقد سيطرتها على أرضيتها، وأصبح الإعلام يملك النصيب الأكبر في التنشئة الاجتماعية، والتأثير والتوجيه، وتربية الصغار والكبار معلنا سيطرته على المجتمعات.مما جعل من هذه التربية الإعلامية ضرورة ملحة في عصر تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال وأكثر من أي وقت مضى نظرا للتطور المتسارع لهذه التكنولوجيات بمختلف مواقعها وكثافة الاستخدام وانعكاساته على الفرد والمجتمع والعلاقات الاجتماعية بل والإنسانية. Abstract : Media is one of the most fundamental institutions which have an important role in building social values and educating individuals besides school and family which are the main institutions responsible of educating individuals but nowadays and with the great developments in sciences and technologies Media has a great role in educating individuals and building their social capacities too not restricted to family and school only. As media and education are interrelated processes, the media process contains educational aspects and the educational process contains some aspects of information, this led to the birth of a new specialty in information & communication sciences is Educational Media that is capable of creating a civilized and developed individuals with moral, social, educational values important for the enlightenment of the society and citizenship .
