مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين الاداريين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالبويرة وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الشخصية

Résumé: يتناول البحث مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين الاداريين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية – بالبويرة- وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الشخصية والمتمثلة في الجنس، العمر والمستوى التعليمي. ويخلص البحث إلى أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين الاداريين في هذه المؤسسة كان منخفضا، كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α = 0.05 في اتجاهات المبحوثين حول مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α = 0.05 في اتجاهات المبحوثين حول مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر ومتغير المستوى التعليمي Abstract : The research deals with the level of the job satisfaction of the administrative workers in the state of the public institution for health -kasdi merbah in Bouira- and its relationshilp to some personal variables such as gender, age and educational level. The research found that the level of the job satisfaction of the administrative workers in this institution was low. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of α=0.05 in the attitudes of the respondents about the level of job satisfaction in the institution under study due to the gender, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of α=0.05 in the attitudes of the respondents about the level of job satisfaction in the institution under study due to theage and educational level
