واقع التمكين لدى العمال الاداريين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية -قاصدي مرباح بالبويرة-

Résumé: يتناول البحث واقع التمكين لدى العمال الاداريين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالبويرة. ويخلص البحث إلى أن مستوى تمكين العمال الاداريين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالبويرة كان متوسطا، كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α = 0.05 في اتجاهات المبحوثين حول مستوى التمكين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية التالية: الجنس، المستوى التعليمي، الصنف المهني The research deals with the reality of the empowerment of the administrative workers in the state of the public institution for health in Bouira. The research found that the level of empowerment of the administrative workers in the public institution for health in bouira was moderate. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of α=0.05 in the attitudes of the respondents about the level of empowerment in the institution under study due to the following personal and functional variables : gender, educational level, professional category.
