عمليات إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بالتميز التنظيمي

Résumé: ملخص: هدف هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على مدى مساهمة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في التنبؤ بالتميز التنظيمي لدى موظفي المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز بالغرب الجزائري (مؤسسة سونلغاز). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، وأستعمل التحليل العاملي التوكيدي باستخدام حزمة Amos-22 لتحليلها. وأظهرت النتائج أن متغير إدارة المعرفة المتشكل من الأبعاده الخمسة (تطبيق المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، اكتساب المعرفة، وتشخيص المعرفة)، يساهم في التنبؤ بمتغير التميز التنظيمي المتكون من الأبعاده الأربعة (تميز الإستراتيجية، تميز الهيكل التنظيمي، تميز القيادة، وتميز المرؤوسين.) وأختتمت الدراسة بمناقشة وبعض التوصيات. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة، التميز التنظيمي، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي. Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which knowledge management processes contribute to the prediction of organizational excellence among the employees of the National Electricity and Gas Corporation in the West of Algeria (Sonlegaz Foundation). To achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire was used as a key tool in data collection, and the empirical analysis was used using the Amos-22 package for analysis. The results showed that the five-dimensional knowledge management variable (application of knowledge, knowledge distribution, knowledge storage, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge diagnosis) contributes to predicting the four-dimensional organizational excellence variable (strategic excellence, organizational structure, leadership excellence .)
