Résumé: لقد أصبح التدريب من أهم الركائز الأساسية في تنمية الموارد البشرية وتأهيلها ، للقيام بجميع المهام والأعمال المناطة للعاملين لكافة المؤسسات العامة والخاصة وعلى اختلاف أهدافها الإنتاجية ،ومع التطور الذي حدث في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ،حيث يشهد العالم حاليا تسارعا متلاحقا في عجلة التطور التكنولوجي والتقني فقد أصبحت التكنولوجيا عاملا لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في مختلف أنواع المنظمات والمؤسسات حيث ظهر ما يسمى بالإدارة الالكترونية .وجاءت هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على مساهمة تدريب الموارد البشرية في تفعيل الإدارة الالكترونية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بمدينة ورقلة Abstract : Training has become one of the most important pillars in the development and rehabilitation of human resources, to carry out all the tasks and work assigned to workers for all public and private institutions and with different production goals, and with the development that has occurred in the field of information and communications technology, where the world is currently experiencing a rapid acceleration in the wheel of technological and technical development.
