Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التسويق البنكي في تحسين الأداء البنكي لا سيما عناصر المزيج التسويقي، التي تعتبر من أهم العوامل المؤثرة في الزبائن، والذي يعتبر عامل مهم في أداء البنك. تطرقنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جزء نظري يعرض مفاهيم أساسية حول التسويق البنكي أهدافه وأهميته وعناصر المزيج التسويقي وأيضا مفهوم الأداء البنكي وأبعاده، ثم تطرقنا ميدانيا إلى قياس وتحليل أثر التسويق البنكي في تحسين أداء البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA وكالة مغنية، وذلك بالإعتماد على تحليل بيانات الإستبيان الذي يعبر عن عينة من الزبائن وقد تمت المعالجة باستخدام برنامج SPSS، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن هناك دور فعال للتسويق البنكي في التأثير على الأداء البنكي. وكان هذا نتيجة تطبيق هذا البنك الإستراتيجيات التسويقية للبنك وفق طرق وأساليب فعالة تتماشى مع طبيعة الخدمة. Abstract: This study aims to mark the function of bank marketing in improving bank performance, particularly elements of the marketing mix which rate among important agents effecting clients which thereby is an important factor to the performance of the bank. Doing this research we tackled a theoretical section displaying fundamental concepts of bank marketing, it’s objectives, it’s importance and components of the marketing mix as well as the concept of bank performance and it’s aspects. We then practically dealt with measuring and analyzing the impact of bank marketing in enhancing the performance of the National Algerian Bank (BNA) Maghniaagency, based on the data analysis of the survey conducted on a group of clients. Data processing was realized using the SPSS software, results showed that the bank marketing has an essential part effecting bank performance, this was due to applying the bank’s marketing strategies in line with
