Résumé: تدور هذه المداخلة حول السلطة الممنوحة للسلطة التنفيذية ممثلة في رئيس الجمهورية في التدخل في ممارسة الاختصاص التشريعي ومدى تأثير هذا التدخل على مبدأ الفصل بين السلطتين وكذا مبدأ التعاون بينهما وهذا يظهر التدخل فيما منحته الدساتير للسلطة التنفيذية ممثلة في رئيس الجمهورية في حق الاعتراض وتعلق النص التشريعي موضحين التنظيم الدستوري للاعتراض وكذا النظام القانوني ثم هيمنة السلطة التنفيذية على جدول أعمال المجلس و أخيرا التشريع عن طريق التفويض This intervention revolves around the power granted to the executive authority, represented by the President of the Republic, to interfere in the exercise of legislative jurisdiction and the extent of the impact of this interference on the principle of separation of the two powers, as well as the principle of cooperation between them.
