Challenges Of Venture Capital In Supporting Startups And Ways Of Its Success: A Case Study Of Saudi Arabia And Its Dropped On Algeria

Résumé: The objective of this study is to highlight the venture capital as a mechanism of funding developed to support and finance start-ups and the role played by venture capital in alleviating the burden in terms of financing. Especially because start-ups are considered the problem of financing that prevents them from achieving their goal. We have studied the reality of the Saudi experience as a model. We found in this study that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranks second in terms of venture investment according to the report of the first half of Venture investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 2023, due to gouvernement support and economic development, which allowed an increase in the number of investors in the venture capital and when it was dropped on Algeria. Venture capital is still beginning despite the State's endeavours to promote it.
