Résumé: This study aimed to try to understand the ecosystem that supports startups in Algeria, and to know the importance of providing an ecosystem that allows startups to develop; In this study, We obtained a number of results, the most important of which are as follows: in Algeria, the startup sector is still in its infancy, despite the state's reform efforts in recent years, but there is interest in creating as many startups as possible in Algeria. Lack of interest in the quality of new start-ups, almost total dependence on state financing n terms of how start-ups are financed, and an almost complete absence of modern financing methods such as venture capital, crowdfunding
