Résumé: في سبيل الاستفادة من موارد المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة لا سيما المحروقات البحرية من نفط وغاز، قررت الجزائر الإعلان عن هذه الأخيرة في مارس 2018 بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي 18-96، لكن اختلاف وجهة نظر الدول المتقابلة حول الأسس والقواعد الموظفة لرسم الخط الحدودي الفاصل أدى لتداخل المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة الجزائرية مع المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة الاسبانية ومنطقة الحماية الايكولوجية الإيطالية، مما تمخض عنه نزاع حدودي مزدوج. من جهة، نزاع بين الجزائر واسبانيا. ومن جهة أخرى، نزاع بين الجزائر وإيطاليا. In order to benefit from the exclusive economic zone resources, especially the offshore hydrocarbons, Algeria decided to announce the later in March 2018 by Presidential Decree N° 18-96. But the differing viewpoints of the States with opposite coasts on the bases and rules used to draw the border line led to the overlap of the Algerian exclusive economic zone with the Spanish exclusive economic zone and the Italian ecological protection zone, which spawned a double border dispute. On the one hand, a dispute between Algeria and Spain. On the other hand, a dispute between Algeria and Italy.
