دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في تطوير التمويل بالصكوك المالية الإسلامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما تقدمه الهندسة المالية الإسلامية لحلول إبداعية لمشاكل التمويل، وحل المشكلات التي عجز غيرها عن تقديم حلول لها، وكل ذلك في ظل موجهات الشرع الحنيف واعتبارات الكفاءة الاقتصادية. وانتهت الدراسة إلى نجاح أنشطة الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وخلال فترة زمنية لم تتجاوز العقد الرابع ،حيث شهدت الصناعة المالية الإسلامية مجموعة من التطورات المتلاحقة والمتسارعة، وابتكار منتجات مالية تتماشى والقيم الإسلامية، بحيث تكون قادرة على مجابهة المنتجات المالية التقليدية. This study aims to know what Islamic financial engineering has emerged by providing creative solutions to financing problems, and solving problems that others were unable to solve, all of this in light of the directives of the Islamic Sharia and economic efficiency considerations. The study concluded that the activities of the Islamic financial industry were successful during a period of time that did not exceed the fourth decade, where the Islamic financial industry witnessed a set of successive and accelerating developments, and creating financial products that are in line with Islamic values, and are able to counter traditional financial products
