تأثير الرفاهية والروحانية في مكان العمل على الالتزام التنظيمي-دراسة تحليلية في دائرة صحة محافظة النجف-العراق

Résumé: تم البحث في مجموعة البيانات الحالية للعلاقة بين الرفاهية والروحانية في مكان العمل من خلال تحسين الالتزام التنظيمي. وتكييف الأدوات من الدراسات السابقة والتحقق من صحتها من خلال صلاحية المحتوى في البحث في إعداد البيانات، تم إجراء حساب الانحراف والتفرطح وكذلك الرسم البياني. تم تقييم الموثوقية من خلال ألفا كرونباخ. تم تناول تحليل عامل الاستكشاف (EFA) وتحليل العامل التوكيد (CFA) من أجل المتغيرات الثلاثة؛ الروحانية في مكان العمل والالتزام التنظيمي والرفاهية. من وجهة نظر الأكاديمية. الهدف من البحث هو التعرف على تأثير الرفاهية والروحانية في مكان العمل والمفاهيم المكونة لها على جودة الحياة العملية للعاملين في دائرة صحة محافظة النجف. وتم الانتهاء من مسح مقطعي يشمل الروحانية في مكان عمل من قبل 370 عامل دائرة صحة محافظة النجف-العراق. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS 22، وتحديد الإحصائيات الوصفية، وإجراء اختبار t‑ مستقل، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، والانحدار المتعدد الهرمي. وكانت النتائج: متوسط الدرجات لجميع النطاقات الفرعية كانت متوسطة. كان العمر، ومدة العمل، مرتبطة بشكل إيجابي، وخاصة الانسجام بين مكان العمل والفرد. في الانحدار الهرمي الثاني، كان التحكم في الخصائص العامة، والتناغم بين مكان العمل والفرد، والعلاقة مع الزملاء من العوامل الهامة التي توضح 59.0٪ من التباين. وجد أن هذا النموذج مناسب. The current dataset has been researched in the relationship between wellbeing and workplace spirituality by improving regulatory commitment. Tools from previous studies have been adapted and validated by the validity of content in research. In the data preparation, the deviation and flatulence calculation was done as well as the graph. Reliability was assessed by Alpha Kronbach. Exploration factor analysis (EFA) and confirmation factor analysis (CFA) were addressed for the three variables; Workplace spirituality, regulatory commitment and wellbeing. From an academic point of view, the dataset can expand the input and in-depth references of more researchers as a basis for empirical evidence regarding the relationship between workplace spirituality, regulatory commitment and wellbeing. It is also useful for a model to reduce the deviation in the workplace from staff perspectives in the context of developing countries. The aim of the research is to recognize the impact of wellbeing and spirituality in the workplace and its constituent concepts on the quality of working life of workers at the General Sponsor Hospital. A cross-sectional survey of spirituality in a workplace was completed by 370 employees of the Najaf-Iraq Health Department. The data was analyzed using SPSS22 software, identifying metadata, conducting an independent t- ‐ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple hierarchical regression. The results were: average scores for all sub-bands were average. Age, and duration of work, were positively linked, especially the harmony between workplace and individual. In the second hierarchical decline, control of general characteristics, harmony between workplace and individual, and relationship with colleagues were important factors that illustrated 59.0% of the variance. This model was found to be appropriate. We have indicated in the conclusions: effective and practical regulations and intervention programmes based on organizational support, including support to colleagues to increase the quality of working life of the Najaf Health Service workplace
