الروحانية ضمن سياق إدارة الموارد البشرية وعلاقتها بالالتزام والأداء التنظيمي

Résumé: أصبح الاهتمام بالصفات الروحانية للموظف في مكان العمل حاجة ملهمة جدا، وهذا انطلاقا من اعتبار الصفات الروحانية أحد المكونات الأساسية للشخصية، إذ تعتبر هذه الأخيرة المحدد الأول لدراسة السلوك التنظيمي للفرد داخل المنظمة. لهذا تهدف الدراسة لمناقشة دور تعزيز روحانية الأفراد في مكان العمل كاستراتيجية حديثة لإدارة الموارد البشرية وتحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي وتحسين الأداء. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على عرض وتحليل وتفسير أهم ما ورد في الأدبيات البحثية التي ناقشت موضوع الروحانية ضمن سياق إدارة الموارد البشرية. توصلت الدراسة أن روحانية مكان العمل لا ترتبط بالمعتقدات الدينية فقط بل تشمل مبادئ عالمية موحدة تمثل المكونات الرئيسية للروحانية ضمن سياق إدارة الموارد البشرية تتمثل في: التعاطف، النزاهة، الهدف، الرفاهية الشاملة. كما توصلت الدراسة بأنه يوجد علاقة ارتباط بين الروحانية في العمل والالتزام التنظيمي للموظف وتحسين الأداء التنظيمي. Caring for spirituality in the workplace has become a very important need, as it is considered one of the essential components of personality. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the role of enhancing the spirituality of individuals in the workplace as a modern strategy for managing human resources, achieving organizational commitment and improving performance. The study relied on analyzing and interpreting the research literature that discussed the topic of spirituality within the context of human resource management. The study found that workplace spirituality is not necessarily linked to religion, and includes universal principles that represent the key components of spirituality in the context of human resources: empathy, integrity, purpose, and overall well-being, and there is a significant correlation between spirituality at work, employee organizational commitment, and improved organizational performance.
