علم المصطلح وعلاقته باللسانيات واللغة- التطبيقات الحاسوبية من خلال مشروع الذخيرة اللغوية العربية

Résumé: ملخص: تدل كلمة اصطلاح في معناها الأول على " مجموع الكلمات التقنية التي تنتمي إلى علم، أو فن أو مؤلف أو مجموعة اجتماعية"، مثلا اصطلاح الطب واصطلاح المعلوماتيين، وإن الممارسة الاصطلاحية تتعلق باللسانيات التطبيقية التي تتضمن أعمال القاموسي المختصة والترجمة والتحرير وتعليم اللغات، وبالفعل؛ فإن هذه التطبيقات المهنية الأربعة للسانيات تقترن فيما بينها بدقة. ويتبين ذلك من خلال مشروع الذخيرة اللغوية لـ " عبد الرحمن الحاج صالح"، ذلك المكنز الغني بالمصطلحات اللسانية المنفردة بصيغتها ومعناها، حيث اقترح من خلالها تكريس الوسائل البشرية والمادية : وذلك بإنشاء فريق من الممارسين والاختصاصيين، يفرغ بعضهم أو كلهم للمشروع ويمكن أن يتكون من خمسة إلى عشرة ممارسين يكلّفون بإدخال المعطيات في ذاكرة الحاسوب، ويشرف عليهم مهندس في الحاسوبيات من الناحية التقنية ودكتور في اللغة العربية، أو متخصص علمي متمكن من العربية. من خلال ما سبق يمكننا طرح الإشكال الآتي: فيما تكمن علاقة المصطلح باللسانيات؟ وفيما تمثل دور مشروع الذخيرة اللغوية لكليهما؟.
