وسائل الحماية القانونية والاقتصادية للموارد المائية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: موضوع وسائل الحماية القانونية والاقتصادية لموارد المياه في الأنظمة الدولية ، بما في ذلك دولنا العربية بشكل عام ، هو الموضوع الأكثر أهمية الذي يشكل العنصر الأساسي لحماية الموارد المائية بجميع أنواعها ، خاصة وأن هذه الموارد المائية تتكون من الملكية العامة الاصطناعية للمياه. يعد قانون المياه الجزائري ، والتعديلات اللاحقة ونصوص التطبيق ، أهم ركائز الحماية القانونية والتنظيمية لموارد المياه. وهكذا ، حاول المشرع الجزائري تحديد المبادئ والقواعد العامة الواجب تطبيقها فيما يتعلق باستخدام وإدارة وتنمية الموارد المائية وحمايتها كملكية جماعية وطنية. من خلال دراسة أقسام قانون المياه ، سنحاول استخراج طرق ووسائل حماية الموارد المائية والهيئات المكلفة بذلك من خلال أحكام هذا القانون ، ونصوص تطبيقه... كلمات مفتاحية: موارد،تنظيم،حماية،مياه Abstract: The subject of legal and economic protection of water resources in the international legislation, including our Arab countries in general, is the most important topic that constitutes the basic element for the protection of water resources of all kinds, especially as these water resources consist both natural and artificial public property of water. The Algerian Water Law, and the subsequent amendments and application texts, are the most important pillars of legal and regulatory protection of water resources. Thus, the Algerian legislator has attempted to define the general principles and rules to be applied with regard to the use, management and development of water resources and their protection as a national collective property. Through the study of the sections of the water law, we will try to extract ways and means to protect water resources and the bodies charged with this through the provisions of this law, and the texts of its application.
