جريمة تبييض الأموال بين الأساليب التقليدية والتكنولوجيات الحديثة

Résumé: يشهد عالم الجريمة الاقتصادية تطورا مذهلا، وخاصة جريمة تبييض الأموال، التي يهدف المجرمون من ورائها إخفاء المصدر الحقيقي لتلك الأموال، على أجهزة الرقابة، والتمويه عن مصدرها غير المشروع، ومحاولة إدماجها في الدورة الاقتصادية المشروعة، من خلال عدة مراحل بدءا بالإحلال ثم التغطية بمحو آثار المصدر الحقيقي ثم الإدماج. ولقد شكل التنوع الكبير في أساليب وطرق شبكات تبييض الأموال الإجرامية، أكبر العوائق أمام جهات الرقابة، في تتبع المصادر القذرة لتلك الأموال، وتظهر أهمية الموضوع في تنوير جهات الرقابة بما وصلت إليه شبكات تبييض الأموال، من احترافية، وتحديد المفاهيم بشكل دقيق، وقد توصلنا في هذا البحث إلى أن التطور الكبير في طرق وأساليب شبكات تبييض الأموال، يشكل أكبر عائق أمام أجهزة الرقابة الوطنية والدولية Abstract: The world of economic crime is experiencing a great development, in particular the crime of money laundering, because criminals seek to conceal the true source of this money, in front of the control agencies, and to camouflage this illegal source, and attempt to integrate it into the legitimate economy, through several steps starting with substitution then hedging erasing the effects of the real source then integration. The great diversity of criminal network methods of money laundering constitutes the greatest obstacle for the control authorities, in tracing the dirty sources of this money. This research indicates that the great development of the methods of money laundering networks constitutes the greatest obstacle to national and international control bodies.
