دراسة تقييمية لواقع التعليم الريادي لعينة من الجامعات الجزائرية سطيف، المسيلة، بسكرة (نموذج مقترح لتدريس برامج ريادة الأعمال)

Résumé: هدف هذه الدراسة هو معرفة وتقييم واقع التعليم الريادي لعينة من الجامعات الجزائرية سطيف، المسيلة، بسكرة. حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 600 طالب جامعي (سنة أولى ماستر دفعة 2020-2021) و 60 عضو هيئة تدريس من خلال توزيع استبيان. هذا بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة مع 27 عميد كلية من كليات جامعات عينة الدراسة للتمكن من إثراء الموضوع، تم استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية للبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS 26 منها: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط لسبيرمان. توصلنا إلى أنه على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة في إرساء متطلبات التعليم الريادي في الجامعات الجزائرية إلا أنها تعتبر جهود لم ترقى بعد إلى المستوى المطلوب، وقد يرجع ذلك إلى حداثة تدريس برنامج ريادة الأعمال من جهة وافتقادها لخطة إستراتيجية لمنظومة ريادة الأعمال من جهة أخرى. هذا بالإضافة إلى ضعف الكفاءات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس التي لا تحمل من الخبرة في مجال ريادة الأعمال من أجل تكوين الطلبة وتعزيز كفاءاتهم الريادية. كما أن المحتوى الدراسي الخاص بريادة الأعمال لا يساهم في تنميتها. Abstract : The aim of this study is to know and evaluate the reality of entrepreneurial education for a sample of the Algerian universities of: Setif, M'sila, Biskra. Where the study was conducted on a sample of 600 university students (first year master class 2020-2021). and 60 faculty members by distributing a questionnaire. This is in addition to conducting an interview with 27 college deans from the faculties of the sample universities to be able to enrich the subject, A set of statistical methods were used for the SPSS 26 statistical program: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Spearman's correlation coefficient. We found that despite the efforts made to establish the requirements of entrepreneurial education in Algerian universities However, it is considered that efforts have not yet reached the required level. This may be due to the novelty of teaching the entrepreneurship program on the one hand, and the lack of a strategic plan for the entrepreneurship system on the other. This is in addition to the weak competencies of faculty members who do not have experience in the field of entrepreneurship In order to train students and enhance their entrepreneurial competencies. The course content on entrepreneurship does not contribute to its development.
