دور جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحفيز العاملين دراسة حالة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور جودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها (الأجور والمكافآت، الترقية والتقدم التوظيفي، الظروف الفيزيقية، التوازن بين الحياة الوظيفية والشخصية) في تحفيز العاملين، وقد أجريت الدراسة في جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي، و تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعطيات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة متكونة من 100 أستاذ وإداري، واسترجعت منها 89 استمارة، ولتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وبناءً على تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود أثر إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من الأجور والمكافآت، الترقية والتقدم الوظيفي، الظروف الفيزيقية والتوازن بين الحياة الوظيفية والشخصية على تحفيز العاملين. The study aims to highlight the role of the quality of work life with its dimension (wages and rewards, advancement and work progression, physical conditions, the balance between both the employment and the personal life) in motivating workers. It has conducted at University elchahid Hamma Lakhdar in El oued, and the questionnaire has used as a tool to collect the data, where they have devrded to a consisted sample of 100 professors and Administrative, 89 forms were retrieved. The spss programe has used to analyse data and examine the study's hypothesis. According to the analysed findings, the study has achieved to the presence of a positive and moral effect for each of the wages and rewards, advancement and work progression, physical conditions and the balance between both the employment and the personal life on motivating workers
