بيئة العمل وأثرها على أداء الموارد البشرية – دراسة حالة عينة من موظفي اتصالات الجٍزائر – فرع البويرة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر جودة بيئة العمل على أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع البويرة، حيث تم الاعتماد على استبيان تم توزيعها على عينة من موظفي مختلف المستويات الإدارية الثلاثة، وقد تم القيام بتحليل البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية والانحدار الخطي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لجودة بيئة العمل على أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع البويرة بدرجة عالية، وكذا تبني المؤسسة لكل من بعد (التدريب والتكوين والتعلم، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، نمط القيادة والإشراف، الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، الثقافة التنظيمية) والتي كان لها تأثير فعال على أداء الموارد البشرية. The purpose of the study was to evaluate how the quality of the working environment (QWE) affects human performance. A survey was conducted among employees at three different levels of administration. The collected data was analyzed Data was analyzed using means, standard deviations, and linear regression. The study concluded to the significant impact of the quality of the working environment on the performance of human resources Algeria Telecom-BOUIRA. Notably, the study found that employee performance was significantly influenced by critical dimensions such as training, learning, participation in decision-making, leadership, supervision style, job stability and security, and organizational culture.
