واقع الإشراف على مذكرات تخرج طلبة الليسانس The Reality Of Supervising Bachelor Students' Graduation Dissertations
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع عملية الإشراف على مذكرات تخرج طلبة الليسانس، و ذلك من وجهة نظر طلبة السنة الاولى ماستر و ذلك بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة العربي بن مهيدي بأم البواقي. استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة قوامها 112 طالبا وذلك بتطبيق استمارة صممت لهذا الغرض، حيث خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المشرفين على مذكرات تخرج طلبة الليسانس يمارسون أدوارهم الإشرافية بدرجات متفاوتة كما أن النسب المئوية المحصل عليها تشير إلى أن كلا من الأدوار الأكاديمية المعرفية و الأدوار الإنسانية تمارس بشكل يكاد يكون متوسطا على العموم. Abstract : The present study aims to shed light on the reality of the process of supervising bachelor students' graduation dissertations from the perspective of the first year master students in the Department of Social Sciences at larbi ben ‘mhidi University – oum el bouaghi. This study used the descriptive analytical method on a sample of 112 students by applying a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The study concluded that the supervisors exercise their supervisory roles to varying degrees. The percentages obtained indicate that both academic cognitive roles andhuman roles are practiced in an almost average manner.
