دور التسويق الرقمي في الترويج لسياحة المتاحف بالجزائر

Résumé: اتجهت الجزائر اليوم، على غرار بقية دول العالم؛ نحو استغلال التسويق الرقمي لترقية قطاع السياحة، وذلك بغرض الترويج لمعالمها السياحية المتعددة، والارتقاء بها وطنيا ودوليا، حيث نجد من أهم تلك المعالم؛ المتاحف بمختلف أنواعها. ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية لتبحث كيفية مساهمة التسويق الرقمي في الترويج لسياحة المتاحف بالجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التسويق الرقمي يلعب دورا إيجابيا معتبرا في الترويج للسياحة المتحفية بالجزائر، والتعريف بالتراث الثقافي المادي واللامادي الذي تزخر به المتاحف الجزائرية، كما يساهم بصفة بارزة في استقطاب أكبر قدر ممكن من السياح، سواء من داخل الجزائر أو من مختلف دول العالم، ويُسهل عليهم عناء التنقل من بلد إلى آخر، بالإضافة إلى العديد من مزايا التقنيات الاتصالية المتطورة التي يـُتيحها التسويق الرقمي في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: تسويق رقمي؛ ترويج؛ سياحة؛ متاحف. Abstract: Algeria today, like the rest of the world, has headed; Towards exploiting digital marketing to upgrade the tourism sector, with the aim of promoting its many tourist attractions, and upgrading them nationally and internationally, as we find among the most important of these landmarks; Museums of all kinds. From this point of view, this scientific paper came to examine how digital marketing contributes to the promotion of museum tourism in Algeria The study concluded that digital marketing plays a significant positive role in promoting museum tourism in Algeria, introducing the tangible and intangible cultural heritage that Algerian museums abound, and contributes significantly to attracting the largest possible number of tourists, whether from within Algeria or from various countries of the world. It makes it easier for them to move from one country to another, in addition to the many advantages of advanced communication technologies that digital marketing offers in this lfied.
