الصناعة النفطية ومخاطرها على البيئة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب – حاسي مسعود Entreprise National De Forage(enafor)

Résumé: تعتبر المحروقات المصدر الأساسي للطاقة، لها الإنسان منذ القدم ومع تزايد أحجام السكان،والتقدم الصناعي والتكنلوجي زادت أهمية المحروقات وخاصة النفط،ومسايرة لتلك التطورات ظهرت بعض الصنعات التي والإنتاج ثم النقل فالتكير وأخير التسويق والتصنيع البتروكيماوي. تعتمد على رؤوس أموال ضخمة وهي الصناعة النفطية .التي تمر بالعيد من المراحل بداية بالبحث والتنقيب ومرورا إلى الاستخراج ذلك تترك الصناعة النفطية من جراء القيام بمراحلها مخلفات، خاصة التنقيب (حفر الآبار)،يتولد عنها مشاكل بئية كبيرة متمثلة في التلوث النفطي الذي يؤثر على رفاهية الإنسان خاصة وعلى البيئة عامة فينتج عنها مخاطر بئية كبيرة جراء هاته الصناعة النفطية. فقد أثار الوعي البيئي الجدال حول إيجاد سبل للتنمية النظيفة، من خلال سن القوانين والتشريعات والو سائل الاقتصادية لحماية البيئة ،والحد من التلوث النفطي عند القيام بمراحل الصناعة النفطية على مستوى مختلف المؤسسات الصناعية للتقليل من أهم مرحلة وأخطرها ضررا على البيئة. المخاطر البئية ،وإتباع أنظمة لإدارة الأمن ،الجودة والبيئة داخل المؤسسة .وسوف نركز في دراستنا على مرحلة التنقيب باعتبارها الإجابة على الإشكالية اتالية:ما هو التأثير البيئي للصناعة النفطية خلال مرحلة التنقيب (حفر الآبار) في المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب ENAFOR بحاسي مسعود وما هي إجرءات المؤسسة للحفاظ على البيئة؟ Hydrocarbons are the primary source of energy and interest in them is not a recent study ,It has ben used since a long time . with increasing population sizes ,and industrial and technological advance , the importance of hydrocarbons has increased , especialy oil and kep pace of those developments, apeared a certain industries that rely on Masine capital which is the oil industry in several stages :begining with the exploration ,and extraction and production to transportation ,them refining, and finaly marketing and chemical manufacturing. So the oil industry left remains when doing these stages, particularly exploration (driling) . this step generate significant environmental problems in oil polution afecting human being and the environment , resulting in significant environmental risks caused by this oil industry . Environmental awarenes has raised controversy about finding to clean development . through the enactment of laws and regulation and economic instruments to protect the environment and reduce oil polution at the stages of the oil industry at the level of various industrial enterprises to reduce environmental risk and security management systems, quality and the environment within the enterprise and we wil concentrate on our study on the prospecting stage as the most important phase and most serious damage to the environment So we wil try to answer the folowing problem: What is the environmental impact of the oil industry during the exploration phase (driling) in the National Foundation for exploration ENAFOR Hasi Masoud company and what are the procedures to preserve the environment?
