المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار ودورها في توليد المعرفة في المؤسسات الخدمية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تسمسيلت The Participation In Decision-making And Its Role In Generating Knowledge: Study Case Algerian Telecom For The Wilaya Of Tissemsilt

Résumé: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار على توليد المعرفة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تسمسيلت، حيث تم جمع البيانات عن طريق استبانه صممت لهذا الغرض وزعت على جميع العاملين بالمؤسسة، وتوصلنا من خلال النتائج إلى أنه توجد اثر موجب وعلاقة طردية قوية بين المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار وتوليد المعرفة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تيسمسيلت تدل على أن المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار والعمل بروح الفريق يؤدي إلى توليد المعرفة، وأن المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار تساهم ب 56.9% من توليد المعرفة في المؤسسة محل اليحث. The aims of this paper is to identify the role of decision-making participation in knowledge generation, study case Algeria Communications Foundation; A questionnaire was designed and then distributed to the study sample, and through studying it, the following results were reached, that there is a statistically significant relationship between the process of participation in decision-making and knowledge generation in Algeria Telecom Corporation of tissemsilt; Hence, the generation and dissemination of knowledge in the institution under study is linked to the process of participation in decision-making and teamwork. We also found that participation in decision-making contributes 56.9% to knowledge generation.
