ترجيحات ابن الساعاتي في بعض مسائل النكاح من خلال كتابه(( شرح مجمع البحرين وملتقى النيرين )) دراســـة مقــــــــارنة

Résumé: لقد كان من فضل الله تعالى عليَّ أن جعلني أحظى بهذا الشرف عندما وقع اختياري على كتاب «شرح مجمع البحرين وملتقى النيرين» للإمام مظفر الدين أبو العباس أحمد بن نور الدين علي بن تغلب بن أبي الضياء، التغلبي، البعلبكي الأصل، البغدادي المولد والمنشأ، المعروف بابن الساعاتي (ت 694ه) ولترجيحاته في بعض مسائل كتاب النكاح دراسة مقارنة. وقد اقتضت ضرورة البحث إلى تقسيمه على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث: أما المقدمة: فقد بينت فيها سبب اختياري للكتاب، والخطة التي سرت عليها في إعداد البحث. وتمحور المبحث الأول في التعريف بابن الساعاتي وسيرته الذاتية والعلمية. أما المبحث الثاني تمحور في دراسة الكتاب ومنهجه في الكتاب. أما المبحث الثالث فقد تمحور في بعض مسائل كناب النكاح دراسة مقارنة. وختمت البحث بأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها. «Explanation of the Bahrain Complex and the Forum of the Lights» Preoccupation with Islamic sciences is one of the noblest things that a person can strive for in this world, and the greatest in the hereafter. And because the science of jurisprudence is the mainstay of Islamic religious sciences, whose scholars were ahead of the rest of the scholars in honor and prestige, the book “Explanation of the Bahrain Complex and the Forum of the Two Lights” was chosen by Imam Muzaffar al-Din Abu al-Abbas Ahmed bin Nur al-Din Ali bin Taghlib bin Abi al-Diya, al-Taghlibi, the Baalbaki of origin. Al-Baghdadi, born and raised, known as Ibn al-Saati (d. 694 AH) in order to present his preferences in some issues of the Book of Marriage (a comparative study).
