مقاربة سوسيولوجية لنظريات الاتصال التنظيمي و تفسيرها للأداء الوظيفي. - دراسة نظرية-

Résumé: الملخص: تعد عملية الاتصال هادفة وضرورية في أي تنظم، فالاتصال التنظيمي هو مفتاح ونجاح المنظمة، فبدون الاتصال لا يعرف الموظفون ماذا يعمل زملائهم ولا تستطيع الإدارة أن تقسم المعلومات عن المدخلات التي تحتاجها، ولا يستطيع الأفراد إيصال حاجاتهم ومشاعرهم إلى الآخرين. ويعتبر الأداء ذلك النشاط الذي يعكس كلا من الأهداف والوسائل اللازمة لتحقيقها بحيث يرتبط بالمخرجات التي تسعى المنظمات إلى تحقيقها، ولا شك أن الأداء يدل على ما يتمتع به العاملون في المنظمات بصفة عامة من مهارات وقدرات وإمكانيات فإذا كان الأداء مناسب للعمل المطلوب إنجازه فإنه يحقق الغرض منه . وفي ضوء هذا التحليل يهدف هذا المقال إلى توضيح بعض المقاربات النظرية المفسرة للعلاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي والأداء الوظيفي. In the light of this analysis, this paper aims at clarifying some theoretical approaches that explain the relationship between organizational communication and performance.
