Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر الصناعة الفندقية من الأنشطة الاقتصادية الهامة التي تحقق العديد من المزايا للاقتصاد الوطني، وفي ظل المنافسة الحالية الشديدة أصبح تطوير الخدمة الفندقية أمرا حيويا وبالغ الأهمية، وتدرك المؤسسات الفندقية أن قدرتها التنافسية لا تكمن فقط فيما تقدمه من خدمات متعددة بل يشمل أيضا تحقيق وتحسين درجة رضا زبائنها، لذا يأتي هذا المقال بحثا عن محددات جودة الخدمة الفندقية مع توضيح العلاقة مابين رضا الزبون وجودة الخدمة. Abstract: The hotel industry is an important economic activities that achieves many benefits for the national economy , and in the light of the current competition became hotel service development is vital and crucial , this is aware of hotel establishments that competitiveness does not only lie with advanced multiple services but also includes achieving and improving the degree of satisfaction customers , so this article is in search of the determinants of the quality of hotel services with clarifying the relationship between customer satisfaction and quality of service.
