القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز. (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العمال بمؤسسة سونلغازبمدينة-ورقلة)

Résumé: The present study aims to reveal the relationship between transformational leadership and work performance among Sonelgaz employees, and the interaction effect of each of the levels of transformational leadership: (high - low) and gender: (male - woman), transformational leadership level: (high - low) and education level: (intermediate - secondary - university), transformational leadership level: (high - low) and years of work: (under 03 years old ) (more than 03 years), and to delve into this study, we relied on the correlative descriptive approach specific to this approach. The study hypotheses were also tested based on the following statistical methods: 1- Pearson correlation coefficient: to know the relationship between the two variables: transformational leadership and work performance of Sonelgaz employees. 2- Binary analysis of variance: to reveal the significance of the differences in work performance scale in the average scores of Sonelgaz employees according to the interaction between: the level of transformational leadership: (high - low) and gender: ( men - women), and transformational leadership level: (high - education level: (middle - secondary - university), transformational leadership level: (high - low), years of work: (less than 03 years old) ( more than 03 year). The current know-how sample was composed of: (111) workers of the Sonelgaz Company, and the study sample was chosen by the simple random method, and the field application was carried out at the Company Sonelgaz in Ouargla. The following two tools were also used for data collection: 1- The transformational leadership scale designed by: “Zaytouni Muhammad” in the year: (2017). 2- The work performance scale designed by: "Prouter and his colleague Lawler". Then, the psychometric properties of the two scales were extracted in the first basic study by calculating the coefficients of validity and reliability before applying them in the second basic study, then the data were processed using the Statistical program Package for Social Sciences: (SPSS) in its twenty-second version. The study concluded with the following results: 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and work performance among Sonelgaz employees. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of Sonelgaz employees on the work performance scale according to the interaction between the level of transformational leadership: (high - low) and gender: (men - women). 3- There are statistically significant differences in the average scores of Sonelgaz employees on the work performance scale according to the interaction between the level of transformational leadership: (high - low) and the level of education: (intermediate - secondary - university). 4- There are statistically significant differences in the average scores of Sonelgaz employees on the work performance scale according to the interaction between the level of transformational leadership: (high - low) and the years of work: (less than 03 years) (more than 03 years). These results were interpreted in light of the theoretical heritage and previous studies related to the two themes of the current study: (Transformational Leadership - Job Performancet
