Objective Guarantees Are Enshrined In Law 09/16 To Promote Investment And Create An Encouraging Investment Climate
Résumé: Since its adoption of the market economy system, Algeria has developed a legal arsenal regarding investment development, the latest of which is Law 09/16 on its promotion, with the aim of attracting the largest amount of foreign investment. This study aims to highlight the various objective guarantees enshrined in this law, and the extent of its position on activating these guarantees in practice and the extent of its success in overcoming The obstacles that prevent the investor from benefiting from them and finding solutions to them. To demonstrate this, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon to accurately describe the research information and analyze the legal text under study in order to evaluate it at the end. This law remains one of the most important laws that contribute to creating an investment climate conducive to foreign investments.
